Designed specifically for mid-sized breweries, this 1500L brewing system features advanced automation, excellent process stability, and user-friendly operation. The system includes:
Brewhouse: A 2-vessel configuration (mash tun, kettle, whirlpool combined, lauter tun) for efficient heat utilization and optimized brewing processes.
Fermentation System: Multiple conical fermenters with precise temperature control to accommodate a wide range of yeast strains and fermentation styles.
Cooling & Control System: Equipped with a high-performance chiller and a PLC control panel for precise, automated operation.
CIP System: An integrated cleaning-in-place system that ensures hygiene, improves efficiency, and upholds brewing quality.
