Brewery heating options: Electric VS Steam VS Direct Fire
It is important to chose suitable heating methods for your brewhouse. Normally those items need to be considerred: Budget, application, future expanding plan, and building conditions etc. For microbrewery, the popular heating options are electricity heating, steam heating and direct fire heating. So we make a chart below to compare this three kinds of heating methods from our view to explain them more clearly:
